Autumn Chicken Dinner

This Autumn Chicken Dinner is one of my favorites, and it will make your house smell amazing! I used to have a love-hate relationship with sheet pan meals because the different ingredients rarely finished cooking at the same time. There is nothing worse than waiting on crunchy potatoes when your chicken is already done.
That is why this recipe tells you exactly what size to chop everything so it all cooks perfectly at the same time. The combination of seasoned chicken, sweet potatoes, juicy apples, and smoky bacon is absolutely amazing, and you only have one pan to wash when you are finished!
